In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing the ffjl platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with ffjl's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ffjl platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account on ffjl, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines, and ffjl strictly enforces this requirement.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons may not register as Players.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of ffjl or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the ffjl platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

ffjl reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — will be merged or closed, and any bonuses obtained through duplicate accounts will be voided. If you have forgotten your account credentials, use the account recovery function rather than creating a new account.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your ffjl account. This includes all wagers placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and communications sent from your account, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you.

You must keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. You must not share your account access with any other person. ffjl will never ask you for your password via any communication channel.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify ffjl support immediately. ffjl will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification, but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification.

ffjl reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on any account at any time, including during withdrawal processing, following unusual account activity, or as part of routine compliance reviews. During such reviews, access to account funds may be temporarily restricted.

Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ffjl will notify you via your registered email address before any dormancy fees or account closure procedures are applied to a dormant account.

All financial transactions on the ffjl platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ffjl accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at ffjl's discretion.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your ffjl account balance upon confirmation of receipt by ffjl's payment processing systems. Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically instant. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. ffjl does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be satisfied before the relevant funds become withdrawable.
• ffjl reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where AML obligations require further review.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to verification requirements.

ffjl reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to your account balance if verification requirements are not met within the specified timeframe, or if ffjl has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.

ffjl offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all ffjl bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. ffjl reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first in wagering unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited.

• Maximum bet limits apply when wagering with active bonus funds. Placing bets that exceed the stated maximum bet limit while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

ffjl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. ffjl also reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software to exploit promotional offers, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

All games available on the ffjl platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game in question.

ffjl's random number generator (RNG) games use certified RNG technology that has been independently tested and audited to ensure genuine randomness and fairness. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real time and are subject to the same standards of fairness and integrity.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, ffjl's records of game outcomes shall be the definitive reference. ffjl will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes arising from technical issues fairly and promptly. Wagers placed during a confirmed system malfunction may be voided and stakes returned at ffjl's discretion.

ffjl reserves the right to void any wager or game outcome where there is evidence of:

• Software or hardware malfunction affecting the integrity of the game outcome.
• Exploitation of a software bug, error, or vulnerability.
• Collusion between Players or between a Player and a dealer.
• Use of automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any other conduct that ffjl reasonably determines to have compromised the integrity of the game.

All wagers are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their wager selections before confirming. ffjl does not accept responsibility for wagers placed in error by the Player.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ffjl platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account on the ffjl platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the account lifecycle.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Attempting to launder money or use the ffjl platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your account.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after wagering deposited funds.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or its games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are not legitimate and will be voided.
• Colluding with other Players or with platform staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or offensive behavior toward ffjl staff or other Players via any communication channel on the platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to ffjl's systems, databases, or other Players' accounts.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the ffjl platform without prior written authorization.

All content on the ffjl platform — including but not limited to the ffjl brand name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of ffjl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ffjl platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any platform content for commercial purposes.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform.
• Use ffjl's trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror any part of the platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of ffjl's intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that any content on the ffjl platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact ffjl's support team with full details of your claim.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ffjl's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ffjl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ffjl shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond ffjl's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.

The ffjl platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ffjl makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses. You access and use the platform at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ffjl's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

ffjl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the ffjl platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ffjl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the Player in bad faith.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Abusive behavior toward ffjl staff or other Players.
• Compliance with a legal obligation, court order, or regulatory directive.
• Reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse or exploitation of platform vulnerabilities.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ffjl reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including both real-money and bonus funds. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as at the Player's own request — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

You may close your ffjl account at any time by contacting ffjl support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

ffjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date updated accordingly.

For material changes to these Terms, ffjl will provide advance notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their account, or through a prominent notice displayed on the platform upon login. The notice period for material changes will be no less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of the ffjl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the ffjl platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate this process by contacting ffjl's support team with a written description of your complaint and the resolution you are seeking.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may submit the dispute to the competent courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.

Nothing in this section shall prevent ffjl from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
